Genworth Financial (GNW) stock was down more than 13% to $14.14 in afternoon trading. Morgan Stanley analysts Nigel Dally, Hayley Locker and Laura San! chez, who have an Underweight rating on the stock, reduced their price target by $3 to $16. But they say there could be further downside with the likelihood that Genworth takes a charge to account for increased loss reserves.
